About the Residency

Michael Zerphy is an actor, storyteller, clown and teacher who will bring his school and family shows to northern New Hampshire this fall. Michael sets the tone for success with his fun and positive shows. Michael will perform "Choices to Grow By", an assembly on character development that emphasizes making positive choices, being persistent and learning from mistakes and "The Wealth of Health...Free For All!", which explores making healthy food choices and safety in addition to the importance of making positive choices, in local schools. He'll also offer post-performance workshops for schools.

In addition, his family performance, "Zany Acts", will be paired with family workshops and featured during his residency. Additional programs for teens, adults and students with special needs are also offered. Email us to sign up your school or community!

This program is part of an artist residency presented by the Arts Alliance of Northern New Hampshire and supported in part by the New England States Touring Program of the New England Foundation for the Arts, made possible with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts Regional Touring Program and the six New England state arts agencies, including the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts. All are welcome regardless of their ability to pay. All programs will be held at sites that are accessible to those in wheelchairs. If you require additional accommodations, please contact us as soon as possible.
